Online and In-Studio Yoga Class Schedule

*For online classes it is highly recommended that you have some basic yoga props at hand: a mat, blankets, a chair, a belt of some kind, 2 blocks*

Monday

Ropes Class 
(in-studio only)
Using the wall ropes in studio to create space and alleviate stiffness, we will adapt the classical asanas to the ropes. This practice is known as Yoga Kurunta
​

11:00-12:00 noon
Gentle 
( in-studio only)
Basic asanas from Level 1 syllabus ideal for improving posture and relieving your aches and pains. A slow and gentle approach.

Tuesday

Level 1/2 
(online)
we are working with the Level 1 syllabus and adding a bit of Level 2 spice. A good general class, appropriate for all levels, as modifications are given.

6:00-8:00pm
Coming Home to Wisdom through Asana Practice-- in studio
This program is an invitation to move into another dimension of yoga practice. By dropping into quietude through guided meditation practices we can discover greater ease of being. We will tap into the inherent wisdom of the body through both dynamic and stillness practices. Krisna partners up with MBSR/MBCT teacher Janice Synder.
The program includes 6—2 hour weekly classes plus an all-day retreat experience. Home practice assignments will be offered to support you in coming home to wisdom.

Level 3

formerly known as the "advancing class", this is a 2 hour class for those with a consistent home practice and experience with inversions and backbends.

more than just the basics, this is an intermediate class for experienced practitioners. We continue to deepen our understanding of the Level 1 and 2 syllabus and work towards a dash of Level 3 work to keep it interesting!

5:30-6:30pm

Level 1 (online)
this is a beginners class, where we learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga and progressively build on your skills through the various categories of asana. All are welcome!
